Nottingham Estates
JM Mechanical Installed 32 furnaces, condensing units, and all associated sheet-metal for this 24 apartment and 8 townhome apartment complex built in 2014. We also completed the ventilation system for this project
Pizza Hut (Various Locations)
Installed new Trane Foundation 12-ton packaged RTU at Pizza Hut’s Lockport location as well as revamping the ductwork system when the location remodeled. Our team also completed RTU replacements for several other locations with both Trane and ICP units
Buffalo BioDiesel Boilers
Installed 5 Weil McClain 1 Million BTU Boilers at BioDiesels Tonawanda processing plant for use in oil/grease recycling for the Western New York region.
Canalside Longshed VRF
We Installed a 216,000 BTU Samsung Variable Refrigerant Flow heat pump with 11 fan coils in this unique waterfront structure to add cooling capacity for its new intended use as a Buffalo waterfront museum.
Consumer’s Beverage Center Walk-Ins
JM Mechanical has completed the walk-in cooler packages for Consumers Beverage Center at various locations during remodels and/or new construction fit-outs. This included evaporator/condenser installation and commissioning of the system
Oakwood Ridge
This project was a 16 unit apartment complex located at 2992 Grand Island Boulevard. JM Mechanical completed the entire HVAC package for this set of two buildings, as well as supplied temporary heat for the duration of construction
Parkview Apartments
Parkview Apartments in the City of Tonawanda at 377 Delaware St is a 24 unit complex consisting of 16 apartments and 8 townhouses. The JM Team completed the entire hvac and ventilation package with 24 HRV Units and controls
